What happens next

When a material error is confirmed, we aim to:

1. correct the affected article;
2. check related pages for the same error;
3. update the page's modified date;
4. add a correction note when the change is significant enough that readers would benefit from the history.

Minor spelling or formatting fixes do not require a correction note.
